Seafood Prix d'Elite
The Seafood Prix d’Elite new product competition takes place alongside the
European Seafood Exposition and
Seafood Processing Europe. Together, these events form the
world’s largest seafood exposition.With buyers from over 140 countries in attendance, entrants in the Seafood Prix
d’Elite competition present their product to the European and global
marketplace.
As companies compete to win the esteemed first place awards they introduce their
new products to the numerous visitors coming to the Seafood Prix d’Elite stand. This highly recognized and publicized
competition leads to increased profits, recognition and sales for participants.
This
competition recognizes the finest seafood products developed by seafood
companies over the past year for the retail and foodservice markets in Europe.
All finalists’ products are evaluated by a distinguished jury of seafood buyers,
chefs and industry experts. Products will be prominently displayed in the
Seafood Prix d’Elite stand.
