When & Where
This competition recognizes the finest seafood products developed by seafood companies over the past year for the retail and foodservice markets in Europe. All finalists’ products are evaluated by a distinguished jury of seafood buyers, chefs and industry experts.
Products will be prominently displayed in the Seafood Prix d’Elite stand. Finalist’s brochures will be available at the Seafood Prix d’Elite stand.
